, the listing broker, has completely leased the office warehouse facility located at 777 Petty Road in Lawrenceville.   The investment client was represented by Chris Harpenau.
 
Summit has completed the initial phase of renovations for a church in Union City.  Phase 2 is scheduled to begin in October.

Summit Development has completed the interior finish for the Fitness Center in Flowery Branch and the Caribbean Restaurant in Lawrenceville.  Both of these projects started as a ‘vanilla box’ and were completed on time and on budget.

Summit Development & Real Estate has assisted  a client in the purchase of a 5600 SF Warehouse Facility in Auburn, Georgia.  The property is under contract.

Summit Development has entered an advertising partnership agreement with Aging Services of Georgia.  Summit’s advertisements can be found in the 2009/2010 Aging Services Resource Guide and Membership Directory.  Summit continues to work with this growing market in the areas of new construction, renovation and repair.

Summit Development has partnered with Chemical Design Corporation to sell and distribute their roofing solutions systems for commercial buildings.  This economical roofing solution can be utilized for new or existing roofs  and provides the ultimate in performance, versatility and durability.

Chris Harpenau of Summit Development & Real Estate has fully leased the office warehouse building for a landlord/investor client located at 383 Swanson Drive, Lawrenceville.

Summit Office Warehouses located at 2784 Sugarloaf Parkway, Lawrenceville are now fully leased.  The last available 4500 SF unit was leased to a manufacturing company by Chris Harpenau.

The Lawrenceville Church project is near completion, on time and on budget.  The rain tried to slow us down but Summit Development was able to manage this process through the soggy weather conditions.

Eric Bott and Rebecca Davis are involved in a fund raising project for the Gwinnett Children’s Shelter furthering our commitment to the community.  More information is located at http://www.gwinnettchildrenshelter.org.

Summit Development has completed the 7200 SF Auto Collision Center in Kennesaw.  The client received their certificate of occupancy today, the project was completed on time and on budget.

Summit Office Suites has signed new leases for 5 offices beginning June 1.  Summit offers Brokers a 10% commission for tenant leads at our Buford and Lawrenceville locations.

Summit Development is near completion of the interior finish build out of a Caribbean Restaurant across from the new Gwinnett Braves StadiumThe Mall of Georgia corridor is seeing tremendous growth and this restaurant is welcome addition to the area.

Summit Development has begun interior finish improvements on a new  fitness center in  Flowery Branch. This design build project encompasses 4100 square feet of retail center space and has been permitted and approved for a summer 2009 grand opening.

The Lawrenceville Church project is on schedule for the proposed grand opening date of May 2009.  The brick exterior was added today.

Johns Creek-The Shoppes at McGinnis Ferry consisting of three stand alone retail buildings comprising 23,000 SF are completed as a shell.  Structural steel with substantial brick, stone and stucco exterior accents highlight this exciting new retail center. 

December 2008
Summit breaks ground on a 7200 Auto Collision Center in Kennesaw. This facility is a pre-engineered metal building with a brick exterior.

The Shoppes at Mall of Georgia Opens for Business
Summit announces the opening of over 18,000 square feet of retail space in the highly desired Mall of Georgia retail area. Available space is quickly being leased in this fast growing area. The Shoppes is located across from the new Gwinnett Braves stadium and anchored by More than Books.

Lawrenceville-1105 Progress Industrial, Gwinnett Progress Center is delivered to a German manufacturing company relocating its North American headquarters. This 35,000 square foot metal and block facility features state of the art offices and work space.

Dawson County Animal Shelter Opens Its Doors
The Dawson County Humane Society (DCHS) opened its new doors on April 1, 2008. Animal Control, a division of the Sheriff’s Department, now takes stray animals to the Dawson County Humane Society at 633 Martin Road, Dawsonville GA. The 6200 square foot is constructed from wood and block building materials.
