Summit Development has completed the exterior renovation for a Kroger anchored shopping center in Roswell.

Summit Development has completed architectural drawings for a new church in Lawrenceville.  Construction is scheduled for Summer of 2010.

Summit Development has completed an interior finish build out for a large distribution facility in Lawrenceville.

Summit Solutions has installed a new polyurethane hybrid roof membrane for a software company in the Gwinnett Progress Center.  The existing roof was leaking in several areas and around all roof penetrations.  Summit utilized SPF foam and Chemical Design Corporation’s CDC 9-540A-1 polyurethane hybrid coating to completely seal the entire roof.

Summit Solutions attended the International Roofing Exposition in New Orleans, LA and is excited to offer several new options to its clients.
