Summit was formed in 1999 with the construction of the first free standing Office Suites building in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Since then, Summit has grown into a vertically integrated commercial real estate business offering a variety of services to our clients. Summit’s growth and diversification are the result of building strong client relationships that have led to multiple transactions and repeat business in all of our companies: Summit Development & Real Estate, Summit Office Suites, Summit Office Warehouses and Summit Development.
